La Mujer Mexicana Adquiere Igualdad de Derechos<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

El 17 de octubre de 1953 se public\u00f3 en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n la reforma constitucional que reconoci\u00f3 a las mujeres mexicanas la igualdad de derechos pol\u00edticos frente a los hombres, otorg\u00e1ndoles plenamente el derecho al voto y a ser electas en cargos de representaci\u00f3n popular.
\nEste hecho hist\u00f3rico fue el resultado de d\u00e9cadas de lucha encabezada por mujeres pioneras en el feminismo mexicano, quienes exigieron justicia e igualdad en la vida p\u00fablica del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n
