El 17 de abril de 1695 falleci\u00f3 Sor Juana In\u00e9s de la Cruz, una de las figuras m\u00e1s importantes de la literatura y el pensamiento en el M\u00e9xico colonial. Sor Juana fue una monja, escritora, fil\u00f3sofa y poetisa que destac\u00f3 por su brillantez intelectual y su audacia en una \u00e9poca en la que las mujeres enfrentaban enormes restricciones para acceder a la educaci\u00f3n y la cultura.<\/p>\n
