Nacido el 12 de marzo de 1911 en San Andr\u00e9s Chalchicomula (hoy Ciudad Serd\u00e1n), Puebla, D\u00edaz Ordaz fue una figura controvertida en la pol\u00edtica mexicana, conocido por su papel en el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico del pa\u00eds y, tristemente, por su gesti\u00f3n durante la represi\u00f3n del movimiento estudiantil de 1968.
