Kennedy que expresa la necesidad de establecer medidas que protejan al consumidor, surge a nivel internacional lo que hoy se conoce como derechos del consumidor. Uno de ellos es el derecho a elegir, el cual nos indica que nadie puede obligarnos a comprar algo que no queramos.
