En una sart\u00e9n, calienta el aceite. Fr\u00ede el pescado a la plancha por ambos lados. Ret\u00edralo del fuego y res\u00e9rvalo, a ser posible, caliente.<\/p>\n<p>Toma una sart\u00e9n amplia y vierte en ella la leche. Agrega la mantequilla y el queso rallado. Sazona y deja que esta salsa cueza durante un minuto.
