Cortarlas de 20 x 20 cms, pasarlas sobre la hornilla de la estufa hasta que cambien de color. Reservar.<\/p>\n<p>Disolver el mole en dos tazas de caldo de pollo, debe quedar espeso. Reservar.<br \/>\nBatir la manteca hasta acremarla, agregar poco a poco la masa, el polvo para hornear, alternando con el caldo de pollo, sazonar con sal. Contin\u00fae batiendo hasta que al poner una bolita de masa en un vaso de agua, \u00e9ste flote. Extienda una capa de masa sobre cada hoja de pl\u00e1tano, a\u00f1adir una cucharada de mole y pollo al gusto.<br \/>\nDoblar las orillas hacia el centro y acomodar los tamales en una vaporera.
